In Tune Monthly is the only magazine written exclusively for music making students in grades 7 - 12 and their teachers. Used by teachers as an in-classroom text, the magazine focuses on enriching and broadening the traditional music curriculum in middle and high schools and appeals to the independent player as well.

For Music Making Students

Using design and imagery that appeals to students, In Tune gives young musicians essential insights into a wide variety of musical genres, instruments and technology. It explores the music they are passionate about and explains in the simplest terms how it is made, learned, performed, recorded, and distributed.

In the Classroom

There have always been two worlds of music for students; one in the classroom and the one after school. When teachers teach In Tune's content, they bridge this gap and everyone gets...In Tune. By linking the traditional music curriculum to today's world of music outside the classroom, In Tune reveals the broadest range of options for continuing musical education, skills development, careers in the arts and music's integral and enduring role in life.

Published Each Month throughout the School Year

In Tune is published monthly from October to May with the cooperation and encouragement of MENC, The Grammy Foundation, VH1's Save The Music, ASCAP, BMI, and The Songwriters Hall of Fame.

• In Tune is a collaborative effort by people who passionately support the love, promotion and development of music education everywhere.
• In Tune Partners, LLC is a modern music education company owned by three music media professionals. Its mission is to broaden and enrich the musical education of young music makers through various media channels such as print, online, broadcast and events, to name a few.
• In Tune is also a custom publisher, now creating DCI Today for Drum Corps International and working on several other print and DVD projects for its clients.
• In Tune Monthly, In Tune Partners, LLC's primary product, has been developed by music magazine publishers and music-industry veterans who bring over 40 years of expertise to help music teachers and band and orchestra directors enrich their programs.
