Taylor Swift's tidal wave continues. The 18-year-old still hasn't finished high school (she continues to be home-schooled), but her self-titled 2006 debut album has sold more than 2.5 million copies.
Swift is also transcending country music: The video to "Teardrops on My Guitar" has garnered MTV airplay, and she recently appeared on the network's show "TRL." And according to a recent feature story in The Washington Post, Taylor is a formidable force on the Internet as well. To date, her songs on myspace.com have been streamed more than 41 million times.
