Jack White's latest album, Entering Heaven Alive, debuted at #1 on a whopping six Billboard charts: Top Alternative Albums, Top Americana/Folk Albums, Top Rock Albums, Top Rock and Alternative Albums, Vinyl albums, Tastemaker albums, as well as #9 on the Top 200 Albums chart.

This is White’s fifth of five solo albums released since 2012 that has debuted at #1. He’s batting 1000! It’s therefore safe to say that Jack White is a rock star, and has been a rock star for over 20 years, primarly because he has never once given up on music, on creativity, or on rock and roll.

Prior to his solo work, White was in several bands including The Raconteurs with singer/guitarist Brenden Benson, bassist Jack Lawrence, and drummer Patrick Keeler. Lawrence was also in The Dead Weather for which White plays drums alongside lead singer Alison Mosshart of The Kills and guitarist/keyboardist Dean Fertita of Queens of the Stone Age.
